Merch Knockoffs - Now with AI! - March 27, 2026
Just a heads up- aside from my teepublic account, my only store is my Etsy store [ Gatobob on Etsy, you need a direct link and can't search for it because my store is marked adult ].
There's a bunch of people selling knockoffs of my merch, which isn't really new, but now they're generating the product pictures with AI. This means there's even less of a chance you get what you ordered.
Here's a couple I've seen. These are both AI generated images.
Please don't come crying to me if you get swindled by these guys!
Also, vaguely related, but just a reminder to all people in the US, I am still not shipping to the US. I'm refusing to raise money via tariffs for the US government. I get asked about this at least twice a day now on Etsy and it's kind of time consuming :') so just trying to spread awareness on that again. Thank you!
Updates! - March 22, 2026
I'm happy to report that the script for YKMET:Lawrence is now complete, and I've switched to working on the placeholders- these are rough versions of the art. You can see the progress reflected on the YKMET:Lawrence page in the Games section.
I've also added a couple pieces to the art section that I've drawn recently.

Restructured the art section - February 18, 2026
Kinda boring update but I figured I'd post nonetheless- I've gone in and changed the structure of the art section. I've split up several of the pages in order to have less images on each page to load. So for instance, the old art page that had years 2015, 2016, and 2017 is now 3 pages [ one for each year ].
I've done this because the website kept going down with a 429 error [ this happens when too many people try to load pages that are too big and the website shuts down ]
So, honestly, my bad for structuring the pages how they were before. Hopefully won't be getting any more of those damn 429 errors!
Oh also: If you by chance bookmarked one of the old pages, art_old2.php or art_old1.php, those links won't work any more- sorry!
TPOF in YKMET Style - February 8, 2026
Well, my Blue Monday art was very late this year because I got super sick for a long time, but late is better than never! This year I decided to draw the central three TPOF antagonists in YKMET style. I hope you like ^o^ It was fun!
The pic is also posted on my Artwork section, so it'll be easier to find later.

Social media - January 28, 2026
If anyone's followed me for a long time, they know how deeply critical I am of social media, especially algorithm and short form content, so some of you may have heard this from me before. But I feel I have to reiterate now with more specificity and seriousness.
Meta [ face book, insta gram, etc ] and Tick tock are currently fully censoring content. Information about nICE is being deleted or fully blocked from posting. Tick tock has transferred ownership fully. Do not comply with their new terms of service. Do not give them that extra information.
Do not upload your actual ID to any social media. Social media algorithms record your preferences, they know your political ideology. If you give them your ID, that information will be connected to your address, and they are kicking doors down. You could be in danger. I do not intend to scare people, but this is serious and escalating daily. Mini Soda is a test run.
Beware of algorithms and AI. They harvest your preferences and record them.
Algorithms and AI are not magic, they are made by humans. Programmed by humans. And those humans have goals. When an algorithm chooses what you see and do not see, someone else gets to control what you think. When an AI answers your questions, someone else controls exactly what you learn. Be aware of this.
Beware social media owned by billion aires. Billion aires are the parasite class. They extract all wealth from the working class. They want people hungry, stupid, miserable, and above all else- always working and always spending. They use social media to make people angry and afraid of their neighbours. People who are alone and afraid permit subjugation or even join in. Community is their kryptonite. Unions and teamwork will destroy them. Stay strong.
Blue Monday - January 19, 2026
Hello folks, today is Blue Monday. It's statistically the saddest day of the year- normally, because of long dark nights, emotional fatigue after the holidays, and money difficulties. I'm sure we can all agree that this year, it's harder than ever to see the light at the end of the tunnel. We're being bombarded with news of injustice and atrocities, and deliberate cruelty of a scale that most of us can barely fathom.
I always make a post on Blue Monday because it's important to me to reach out to people when they're at their lowest. Whoever you are and whatever you're enduring, whether you're in the streets fighting for what's right or just getting to tomorrow- you're not alone, and there is hope.
Try to be easy on yourself in this time. This is the hardest time. Try to find comfort and joy in simple things within reach. A hot drink, an old video game, a blanket fort, maybe a bath with music and candles. Take it easy and recharge. We don't have to solve everything right now.
I also normally upload a picture for Blue Monday, but this year I'm late [ sorry! ] because I got really sick. I'm still recovering, but once I'm better, I'll draw something for Blue Monday. I was thinking of maybe seeing how the TPOF crew look in my new YKMET Style.

Store's open again! - January 13, 2026
My Etsy store is open again! It's fully stocked up with the old stuff, and some new stuff is coming soon.
If I don't ship to your country, I'm sorry. Some countries are unavailable to me for buying shipping labels, and some have proven to be too unreliable [ customers don't get their packages ].
The only exception to this is the US, which I won't be shipping to because I'm not willing to collect tariffs from my customers to send to the US government, which is currently threatening my country with invasion and bombarding it with AI generated propaganda.
I'm sorry, I know it's a bummer. Some things are more important than porn game merch though, eh? Maybe things can be better someday, if we're willing to fight for it.
Thank you! - December 19, 2025
Hey yall, I just wanted to post a little thank you today. This morning I was contacted by a minor asking if it was okay to read TINR, and I told them it was [ I think TINR is more like a 14+ type work ] and how thankful I was that they were checking and staying away from my 18+ work. The exchange was really nice and reminded me that there really are people out there who respect my wishes and want to help make the world nicer for artists and people who enjoy art.
I think I've posted on here a lot in an angry tone about minors and AI, and I don't really like that. I don't want to just focus on the negativity.
So I want to say thank you to the minors who respect my wishes and stay away from my 18+ works and the communities for them [ I know this website is 18+ but it's the only place I speak publicly, so I say thank you into the void ] It really does mean a lot to me.
I also want to thank anyone who has decided not to feed my artwork into AI. Whether you never did, or did and then stopped, I appreciate it. It's not easy to do the right thing when most people aren't, I know. I appreciate it that much more.
And lastly, I'd like to thank anyone who's still out there in the social media trenches, and making things more fun and pleasant for others. People who encourage new artists, people who use the block button instead of feeding fires, people who think about their impact on real human beings more than likes or reblogs. I wasn't strong enough to stay, but my heart is with you. Thank you for doing it the hard way.
I don't have much to offer since I've been working on writing the script for YKMET:Lawrence, but I do have some sketches from the last few weeks on my Patreon that I can give. These are practice sketches to get more used to drawing Lawrence in my YKMET style.

Just checking in! - December 8, 2025
Hey, I realized I haven't updated here in a long time!
I've just been working on YKMET:Lawrence. I'm currently in the script writing phase, and everything is moving fairly smoothly.
I'm planning to reopen the Etsy store sometime in the new year, hopefully January if the Canada Post negotiations go well. Unfortunately, I will not be restoring service to the USA [ for reasons mentioned in previous updates ]
For now though I will probably continue to be rather quiet, as my full focus is game development!
